    With Africans already using their devices for socializing, banking, and investing, The Pool, is bringing recruitment into the digital age—making hiring and job hunting faster, smarter, and more seamless than ever.

    We are currently focused on the hospitality sector, but exciting expansions are on the horizon!

    For now, Lagos is our focus though we have expansion plans for the near future.

    Signing up is free for both businesses and candidates!

    For Businesses: There is a fee to access full candidate pools and post job listings.

    For candidates: Joining a job pool is free, but we offer optional premium features for those looking to enhance their visibility and apply directly for jobs.

  • 5. How long does it take to hire a candidate?

    The Pool is available 24/7, so the hiring timeline is entirely in your hands. We provide instant access to a curated pool of job seekers—how quickly you hire depends on your decision-making process. Afterall, we trust that you know what you are looking for.

  • 6. Can candidates apply directly through the platform?

    Absolutely! Candidates can apply directly for posted job roles with a customized pitch video. Alternatively, they can join a job pool for free and wait for employers to reach out.

  • 7. Do you handle temporary and permanent placements?

    Some candidates may be open to temporary roles, but it’s always best to reach out to them directly. You never know unless you ask!

  • 9. I have submitted my profile for review and I am still waiting to be Live on the Pool, what is taking so long?

    We’re sorry for the wait! Please bear with us as we review applications. If you feel it’s taking too long, kindly email us at support@jointhepool.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.

  • 10. Can you create a new Pool for my business needs?

    Absolutely! We are always looking to expand and connect businesses with the right talent.

    If you have a specific job role in mind, we'd love to hear from you! Simply email us with the details, and we’ll consider adding your requested Pool to our pipeline.

    Please note that newly created Pools will be open for all business users on the platform to access.
